About the deleted scenes: If you have jumped around the extras DVD manually before or at any time during an attempt to get to the deleted scenes, you will not be able to view them. You'll have to stop the DVD, restart it at the beginning, and start the whole process over again. Instructions on how to get to the scenes start at the Great Hall menu (1.1).

Titles 69-70. Potions puzzles. This is an odd one-- to answer the first and second questions, you have to have seen deleted scene #7 or read the book, and the answer to the third question is only in the book. (On the other hand, it won't take too long to find out the answers just by guessing every possibility.) Get all three right and you proceed to the winged key puzzle in the third-floor corridor section (71.1), and can continue on to access the deleted scenes; get one wrong and you go to an infirmary scene. If you're tired of going through Fluffy, you can use this as an alternate route, but you still have to have gone through the whole Diagon Alley rigamarole.
Title 71. Jumping into this title will have unpredictable results. This section covers Fluffy (select the flute), the winged key puzzle (it's the one waaaay in the back) in its first iteration. Getting the right key sends you to one of three essentially identical tracks (80.1, 81.1, 82.1) for the completion message, then bounces you back here for a potion bottle puzzle lifted from the book (leaving out the part which involves actually getting to figure anything out-- just pick the round bottle). Picking the right bottle sends you along to the Mirror of Erised (76.2). If you give an incorrect answer for Fluffy or the potions, you'll go to one of the infirmary scenes (72.1-75.1).
